Privacy

• About you — your first name, whether you are the child’s mom, dad or grandparent, your WhatsApp number, and the language you prefer.
• About your child — the name and birthday you enter, and any photo or drawing you choose to put on the invitation.
• About the party — date, time, place, what you wrote, the picture, your gift list and your to-dos.
• About the families you invite — the names, the relationship, the language and, when you have it, the WhatsApp number you enter for them. This is information about other people, so please only enter what you need.
• What guests answer — whether they are coming, how many children, anything they tell you in the questions you asked, notes, gift claims and chip-in pledges.
• Your conversations with the assistant — the chat is kept with the plan so you can pick it up days later.
• How the app is used — first-party counts of things like "an invitation was sent" or "a guest opened their link", so the pilot can tell what works. No third-party trackers, no pixels, no advertising.

• You. Your plans are yours; no other organizer can reach them.
• Each guest family sees only their own link — their invitation, their own answers, the gift list. They never see another family’s answers or numbers.
• James, who runs the pilot, can open your plans to see how you are getting on and where the app gets in your way. That is the point of a pilot, and it is why you were asked to agree to it when you joined. He cannot change anything in your plan, and each time he looks it is recorded.

Pebble is hosted in the EU. These are the only companies your data reaches, and only for what is listed:

A photo of your child is only ever sent anywhere if you attach one and ask for a picture to be made from it — for that one image, nothing else. Pebble never creates pictures of children out of nothing.

• It never messages your guests. Every invitation leaves from your WhatsApp, in your name.
• It never reads or imports your contacts. Your guest book is only what you and your guests typed.
• It never sells or shares your data, and there is no advertising.

• One family — remove them from the guest list, or delete the contact in Guests. The record goes.
• One party — "Remove this plan" at the bottom of the invitation editor deletes the plan, its guest list and its pictures.
• Everything — "Delete my account" on Profile removes your account, every plan, every guest list, your guest book and your pictures. It cannot be undone.
• Pilot data is kept while the pilot runs. Ask James at any time and it goes sooner.
